1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from:

• MEY HOUSE, a sole proprietorship registered in France (full registration details available upon request), hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”,
• and any individual or legal entity purchasing via www.mey-house.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be fully bound by these Terms.

 

2. Use of the Website

All content on this site (including but not limited to software, code, text, images, videos, design, logos, and trademarks) is the exclusive property of MEY HOUSE and is protected under French and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the website content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this site in any form or by any means without our express prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the server or data;

4. Products

Our garments are handcrafted with care, and most are offered in limited series or as unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Slight differences in color, texture, and shape are inherent in artisanal work and do not constitute defects.

Disclaimer – Accuracy of Content

While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, photographs, and visuals on our website, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free or perfectly accurate. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, variations may occur. MEY HOUSE shall not be held responsible for any discrepancy between the photos shown and the actual product delivered.

Some products are ready-to-ship, and processed within 5 to 10 business days. Others are made-to-order — lead times vary depending on the garment and will be indicated on the product page or confirmed via email.

We reserve the right to make changes to our products in line with technical or artisanal improvements.

 

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT) but exclusive of shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via secure methods such as credit/debit card or PayPal. Payment data is not stored.

 

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from France within 5 to 10 business days for ready-made items. For made-to-order pieces, shipping timelines will vary depending on the product.

International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes upon arrival. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under French law, customers have a 14-day window from receipt of the order to request a return or withdrawal.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition
• Returned in their original packaging

Exceptions – Final Sale Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Unique, one-of-a-kind items
• Made-to-order or customized products

These items are final sale and will be clearly labeled as such on their product pages.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@mey-house.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. We are not liable for lost return shipments.

Upon receipt and approval, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

 

8. Order Confirmation and Refusal

By confirming an order, the Customer agrees to all terms stated in this document.

An email confirmation will be sent following payment. MEY HOUSE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:

• Abnormally high quantities
• Suspected commercial resale
• Technical errors

 

9. Warranties

All purchases are subject to the French legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. Products should be used with proper care. MEY HOUSE shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or insufficient maintenance.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content featured on the website — including designs, texts, photos, names, logos, and products — is the exclusive property of MEY HOUSE.

Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

 

11. Personal Data (GDPR Compliance)

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used solely for processing orders, providing customer service, and improving the shopping experience.
